This best practice aims to reduce system clutter, minimize maintenance, and prevent security risks by ensuring permission groups are not left without users. To maintain optimal access management, deactivate empty groups by setting the “Active” field on the group record to “false.”

Solution:
Resolved an issue where application or update set scans from instances using certificate-based authentication would remain stuck in the “Scanning” status. Scans now execute as expected, ensuring smoother performance and more accurate scan results when accessed from the Quality Clouds Portal.
