New general features and changes #
This version focuses on stabilization, bug fixes, and Washington compatibility.
New Features:
- Run diagnostics: This feature allows the customers to identify misconfigurations and errors within the Quality Clouds app
Enhancements to LiveCheck:
- The tags set in the Quality Clouds Portal are visible now in the issues in ServiceNow
- The Global Component installer is available now only for Admin Users
- Update Sets which require a new LiveCheck before closing will be set to closed without the need for a second form update, if the LiveCheck passes Quality Gates
Enhancements to API key functionality:
- The API keys are now revoked when a user is deactivated in ServiceNow
Stabilisation:
- The pagination has been improved for all the endpoints
- New internal standardised error handling
- Consolidated all on Display Business rules over the same table
Installation process # #
- If upgrading from version 10.0
- You will only need to run the component installer actions to install all required and optional components
- If upgrading from version 9.x or installing for the first time
- You will need to follow all the steps described in the Guided Setup module
