These notifications are designed to ensure that peer reviews are assigned and addressed promptly. 1. **Peer Review Request**: - When a [peer review](https://qualityclouds.com/documentation/qc/quality-clouds-servicenow-store-application/peer-reviews/) is requested, an email notification is sent to the designated approver with a direct link to the Quality Clouds Portal, where they can review, assign, reassign, approve, or reject the request. - The recipient of this notification varies depending on the customer's configuration: - **Developer Assign or Auto Assign** → the email is sent directly to the designated approver.*Remember only Developer Assign is available for Salesforce.* - **Manual Assign** → the email is sent to all users subscribed to the '**Peer Review Notifications**'. 2.**Peer Review Reminder**: - A Peer Review Reminder email summarizes all pending reviews and is sent to all users selected to receive Peer Review notifications (configured in the Admin Portal). Go to the **Peer Review Notification** column. 6. **Select** or **deselect**the users you want them to receive or not receive these notifications 7. Customers already on the Xanadu release will benefit from this change as any Out-of-the-Box issues in modified out of the box ServiceNow configuration elements will be filtered out from the scan results. 2. Customers on previous releases will see additional data in the Upgradeability dashboard.
