# Account- Licences

In the '**Licences**' tab, you can check the terms and conditions of your contract with Quality Clouds.

## What does each item show?  

- **License**: Specifies the licenses for each platform associated with the account (*depending on terms of contract*)
- **Activation date**: Specifies the precise date when the account was activated.
- **Expiration date**: Specifies the precise date when the account will be deactivated.
- **Status**: Indicates whether the account is active or inactive
- **Max instances**: Displays the maximum number of instances that can be created for the account. (*depending on terms of contract*)
- **Full scans, Profiling scans and Operational scans**: Displays the number of scans that can be launched based *on terms of contract*
- **Add-ons**: Displays all the additional features added to the contract. (*depending on terms of contract*)
- **API keys (max/available)**: Indicates the maximum number of API keys that can be created in the account and the current available count.
