- Service Now new filter: Update Set Name
On Service Now Executive view, there is the Update Set Name filter. This feature is also available when exporting the xls document
- ServiceNow new search field: Issue Id
On Service Now Executive view, this feature allows you to search by Issue Long ID in grids. You can also, check the issue Long Id in the drawer. This feature is also available when exporting the xls document
- Inactive users deletion (Admin Portal)
This new feature allows an automatic and manual deletion for users that had been inactive
- Benchmark KPIs automatic update
All existing Benchmark metrics are updated automatically every 6 months
