# Quality Clouds 20.4.4.0 Release Notes

## Highlights

- **Too many instances in the nav? We've got it covered**

If you have more than 10 instances, you can search for them by typing in the instance names:

The instances are also sorted by the ones with latest scan date. 

- **Drill-down to issues? Check!**

Our graphs in the **Executive **views (for both ServiceNow and Salesforce) are now more interactive. You can click to drill-down to specific issue details.

## Quality Clouds for ServiceNow

- **We've improved the ways in which you can compare the open and closed issues between two different scans**

On our new **Compare Issues **view you can now see the three following sets of data: Issues created between scans, Issues solved between scans, and the Net issue change between scans.

- **We're now checking a few new configuration elements **

Our analysis now covers the following configuration elements:

- Update Sets
- REST Message Methods
- SOAP Message Functions
- Transform Map - Field Maps
- Database Indexes

Of these, Update Sets, Field Maps and Database Indexes are required to support the following new rules on the default ruleset [Fields used to coalesce records in a Table Transform Map should be indexed](https://docs.qualityclouds.com/qcd/fields-used-to-coalesce-records-in-a-table-transform-map-should-be-indexed-38961779.html) and [Update Sets should contain a description](https://docs.qualityclouds.com/qcd/update-sets-should-contain-a-description-38961781.html). 

REST Message Methods and SOAP Message Functions have been included to support future enhancements on the Integrations view. 

The following new rules are included:

As of this release, custom rules can be defined to support naming conventions on Update Sets, REST Message Methods and SOAP Message Functions.

Be aware that the number of detected configuration elements will increase as a result of these new CE types being included in the scan. If your instance contains a large number of transform maps with many field mappings, this increase could be significant.
