Quality Clouds for ServiceNow #
- Make sure your catalog items are optimized for search with our new detection of catalog items with no meta tags.
We’re now checking for catalog items with no meta tags (keywords), and indicating what percentage of catalog items is missing the elements that help you search. You can check all the details in Max % items with no meta tag in the Catalog Details view.
When no catalog is selected, the Max % items with no meta tag shows the value for the single catalog with highest percentage value of the items with no meta tags. The higher the number, the more items are more difficult to find in that catalog.
When a catalog is selected, it shows the percentage of items with no meta tags for this catalog.
Changes to best practices #
New rules have been added to show the issues related with catalog items with no meta tags, and they are the following

- Compare the code of two instances or two versions of the same instance over time with new Code Monitor view.
The Code Monitor view is a parallel rendering of two instances or two versions of the same instance at different scan dates. The aim for this view is to show a comparison between two instances or two versions of the same instance. You can export the data to a .csv file.
