If the clone configuration recommendations are not followed, it is possible that, after a clone, some of the ServiceNow automatic-numbering columns in the Quality Clouds application tables may display duplicate Id numbers. This can happen either because rows with Ids which exist in the target clone instance are brought in from the clone source instance, or because the tables in the target instance are not emptied of contents when the clone happens.
If you detect duplicate Id numbers in any of the Quality Clouds Store application tables, you need to take the following actions to ensure that no more duplicates are generated:
- Access the ServiceNow Number Maintenance menu:

- Select the Quality Clouds table where you have detected the duplicated numbers, and open the “Number” record for that table

- In the “Number” form select the “Show Counter” related link

- Set the number value to a value which is higher than the last existing row in the table
Finally, you should review the clone configuration setup to avoid this duplication recurring with future clone operations.
