Navigating Quality Clouds Portal

In Quality Clouds’ portal, you have direct access to the instances and orgs and their data and insights.

You can switch between instances and orgs you have defined to see their relevant data.

1. Log in to the Quality Clouds platform.
2. In the Quality Clouds portal, navigate to the main menu on the left side and select the SaaS platform you want to view:
   1. ServiceNow 
   2. Salesforce 
   3. Office 365 
3. From the list of instances that are displayed, click one to show the relevant information.
4. Your instance data is now loaded.

By default, the last accessed view is displayed.

If you have more than 10 instances, you can search for them by typing in the instance names:

Navigating views #

Decide which section of the instance information you want to look at by selecting your views. You can switch between the views in the following way:

1. Log in to the Quality Clouds platform.
2. Go to the Quality Clouds portal.
3. Select an instance.
4. In the header, open the “View” dropdown to see the list of views.
5. Click the view you want to access to display the data.
