Get the overview of your SaaS environments in this high-level quality view, available under All Clouds menu. 

If you’re in executive position or if you’re a platform owner, you can check here the overall view of  your company cloud infrastructure.

What is Governance view? #

The Governance view helps compare your teams or vendors that can be different between major cloud products, and evaluate their level of expertise. In this view you can choose relevant information by selecting the specific instance or org from the grid. This updates the data in the widget and changes the display of the KPIs below. 

What data is shown #

The Governanceview shows the relevant information across the following sections:

Salesforce  #

Here you can check your overall environment health on Salesforce side:

Widget #

The widget shows you the overall health of your selected org. It includes the Quality of Cloud, % variation from the previous scan, baseline for your org and the trend over time. 

Grid  #

Here you can see the list of all orgs in your Salesforce environment connected to Quality Clouds and their corresponding details. 

You can sort the table columns to see, for example, the org with the biggest number of issues.

KPIs #

In here you can see the following KPIs and their details:

Technical debt, which includes the current technical debt, % variation from the previous scan, previous scan number, global technical debt, the baseline information and the trend over time. 

Issues, including the current number of issues % variation from the previous scan, previous scan number, number of issues written off, the baseline information and the trend over time. 

Alerts, including the total number of alerts, % variation, the number from the previous scan and the trend over time. 


ServiceNow  #

Here you can check your overall environment health on ServiceNow side:

Widget #

The widget shows you the overall health of your selected instance. It includes the Quality of Cloud, % variation from the previous scan, baseline for your instance and the trend over time. 

Grid  #

Here you can see the list of all instances in your ServiceNow environment connected to Quality Clouds and their corresponding details. 

You can sort the table columns to see, for example, the instance with the biggest number of issues.
