  • Application: Filter the issues of the selected applications
  • Impact Area: 
    • Security: Defines the degree to which a product or system protects information and data so that persons, products, or systems have the necessary amount of data access apt to their types and levels of authorization
    • Manageability: Defines the effectiveness and capability of persons, products, or systems able to be managed or controlled. 
    • Scalability: Defines the effectiveness and efficiency with which a product or system can be used or produced in a wide range of capabilities; in this case, impacting how a product is modified to improve,
  • Severity: High/medium/warning/low.
  • CE types: Configuration Element type: Quality Clouds general term for any object or component we scan, e.g., a ‘business rule’ or ‘script include’ in ServiceNow world or an ‘Apex class’ or ‘custom object’ in Salesforce.
  • Issue type: Non-compliance with a best practice/rule type.
  • Tags/Tag: keywords associated.
  • Write off status: Exception to the issue, defining the reason and time expiration.
  • CE name: The name that the developer gave to the customization.
  • Issue ID: Identification number of the Non-compliance with a best practice/rule type.
  • Owner: The user that created or modified the customization.
  • Expiration date:  To temporarily write off issues due to a lack of time to fix, but not totally accepted. The issues will reappear as OPEN when the specified period expires.
  • Status (only for New Debt Manager): To add the status for the view (Open Issues, Open-Write Off Pending Issues, Closed-Written Off Issues and Closed-Fixed Issues).
  • Update set name: where the element issue is located (only for ServiceNow platforms).
  • Quality gate: categoritzation (blocker, minor, legacy) – status (failed/passed)
  • Write off expiration date

  • Open date: when an issue has been created.
  • Closed date: when the issue has been closed

  • Issues Open Date: The date when issues were created.
  • Issues Closed Date: The date when issues were closed.
  • Write-Off Expiration Date: The date when issues write-offs will expire.
