- Severity: High/medium/warning/low.
- CE types: Configuration Element type: Quality Clouds general term for any object or component we scan, e.g., a ‘business rule’ or ‘script include’ in ServiceNow world or an ‘Apex class’ or ‘custom object’ in Salesforce.
- Issue type: Non-compliance with a best practice/rule type.
- Tags/Tag: keywords associated.
- Write off status: Exception to the issue, defining the reason and time expiration.
- CE name: The name that the developer gave to the customization.
- Issue ID: Identification number of the Non-compliance with a best practice/rule type.
- Owner: The user that created or modified the customization.
- Expiration date: To temporarily write off issues due to a lack of time to fix, but not totally accepted. The issues will reappear as OPEN when the specified period expires.
- Status (only for New Debt Manager): To add the status for the view (Open Issues, Open-Write Off Pending Issues, Closed-Written Off Issues and Closed-Fixed Issues).
- Update set name: where the element issue is located (only for ServiceNow platforms).
- Quality gate: categoritzation (blocker, minor, legacy) – status (failed/passed)
