What can you do in the Alerts section? #

This section contains all default alerts that are included in Quality Clouds and checked by each operational scan.

The following alerts are available depending on the SaaS platform: ServiceNow, Salesforce and Office365.

These are the following types of alerts you can manage:

  • User engagement
  • Security
  • Capacity usage
  • Performance
  • License Managament
  • API usage
  • User experience
  • Product

How to activate an Alert? #

  1. Log in in Quality Clouds platform.
  2. Go to the Admin portal.
  3. Click on the ‘Alert‘ tab.
  4. Select the platform.
  5. Find the Alert you would like to activate.
  6. Click ‘Activate‘.
  7. A new window will appear.
  8. View the information of the Alert in the Summary section.
  9. Add a new instance configuration by clicking on the ‘Add new‘ button.
    • Select the criticity/severity of the instance.
    • Select the instance.
    • Select the trigger type.
  10. Enable or disable the notifications toggle.
  11. Click ‘Add to list’.
  12. The instance configuration alert will appear in the grid.
