In the ‘General info’ tab, you can check your account’s general information.
What does each item show? #
- ID: This is the unique ID given to each user.
- Max users: This number depends on the contract terms.
- Language: The language of the platform.
- Status: Role of the given user.
- Partner: This field will be marked in case you have a Partner Account
- Company URL: The company’s URL.
- Address: The company’s address.
- Phone: The company’s phone.
- Has automatic deletion: If this item is enabled, then the inactive users for more than 9 months will be deleted from the platform, and their activity will be anonymized.
