In the ‘Email notification’ tab, you can configure the notifications you want to track.
Review the default email notifications and toggle them on or off to receive alerts whenever a Quality Clouds event occurs.
This is a Quality Clouds admin action, accessible to admin users in the admin portal.
Default email notifications #
By default, each new user receives notifications for the following email types:
- Scan results
- Update set scan results
- Operational scan results
- Git branch scan results
- Peer Review notifications
Changing email notifications #
Define which notifications are sent to your users.
→ To change email notifications #
- Log in in Quality Clouds platform.
- Go to Account section.
- Click on the Email notifications tab.
- Choose the user you want to change the settings for, and check or uncheck email notifications.
Your changes are now saved.
API keys expiration email notification #
This notification is designed to send a reminder email of the API keys, that will expire during the current week for that user. This feature aims to inform users about API key management by providing timely notifications about upcoming expirations.
This notification system enhances user experience and promotes efficient key management practices.
