Release date: 26th of June

New general improvements #

1. New fields in the Table Configuration options #

Pre-requisites: Have access to the Debt Manager view.

Description:
The Debt Manager view categorizes issues or violations identified post Full Scan into three main classifications: Active, Closed Written-off, and Closed Fixed. This view serves as a navigational tool for users to address Technical Debt related concerns. Leveraging the write-off functionality, users have the ability to exclude specific issues from subsequent scans.

In this release, the fields ‘Created By’, ‘Created On’, ‘Updated By’, and ‘Updated On’ have been added to the Table Configuration functionality. With this functionality, you can configure the layout of the grid view.

This improvement will affect all the customers using ServiceNow, Salesforce and Office 365 and all users (Admin user, Project user, Normal user) with access to the Debt Manager view.

→How to customize the grid:

  1. Go to the Quality Clouds Main Portal.
  2. Select an instance.
  3. On the top, select the dropdown called ‘View’.
  4. Select Debt Manager view.
  5. Select the ‘Table configuration‘ option to customize the grid.
  6. Enable/disable the columns you want to view.
  7. Click and drag the column to reorder the layout of the grid.

Impact: To track who created the Configuration Element and who last updated the Configuration Element that the issue was found on.

Use Cases:
To identify clearly who was last working on the Configuration Element related to the issue, for example where it is necessary to differentiate between a specific supplier or a specific developer in a team.
